and.....they're ~ off
Yesterday, we joined Kaneke's Niece and Family at Yavapai Downs for a day of Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Racing. The horses are gorgeous and so unbelievably powerful. After an afternoons' worth of wagering (win some ~ lose more) we walked away with a net.................. gain of $1.20. It was fun and exciting. Can't beat the price of admission of $2.50!

I get to go with the bank down to Lexington from time to time for a day at the races. I always have a good time, but maybe that's more because someone else is paying for my drinks!
