1 year later.......

Buy the house, live in it, improve it, sell it. A too common theme and very impractical for such practical people. We decided to do it different this time. Could we possibly take such a radical departure? We tried and we have succeeded..........so far. This time we bought the house, have improved every room, now plan to live in it and enjoy the fruits of our labors ~ and will sell when the time comes.
